BISA Monthly Productivity Benchmarks
In August, the sales productivity of the average full time broker working in a bank decreased 6 percent, deteriorating to the lowest level we have seen since February 2006. Platform banker productivity declined by 9 percent and was 39 percent below the recent high of $1,476, reached in March. The index of bank broker/dealer revenue fell by 12 percent in August, and was down 7 percent year-over-year.
